It’s been again a while since the last post, but I finally created another icon: This time for Gamgi, a package to construct, view and analyse atomic structures.
When I asked for help in the Tango mailling list, to create a set of modern icons for GAMGI, Jakub, immediately offered his help. I must say that I am very, very pleased with the result. These icons look beautiful, the little shadow below, the balanced color scheme. but more important, these icons are functional, because they are pixel-perfect, the colors were designed to increase contrast with the double-contour, increasing readability, and they pass the main mensage, that this is a package to build, view and analyse atomic structures (as a curiosity, the molecule is Glycine, the smallest DNA aminoacid that starts with the G letter, often represented in aminoacid sequences as G only). Thank you, Jakub, for this great work!
